1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. The "Disaster movie Playboy Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on or about 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") August 15, 2008 and ends on September 5, 2008, 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). By participating in the Sweepstakes each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Playboy.com, Inc. 730 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York 10019 ("PCI" or "Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO ENTER. No purchase necessary to enter. Each entrant must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia at the time of entry, with Internet/email access prior to the start of the Promotion Period. Employees of Sponsor, Lions Gate Entertainment Inc. ("Lions Gate") and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, licensees and retailers (collectively, the "Group"), and immediate family members of such employees, as well as directors, officers, and agents of the Group (and those living in the same household as such directors, officers, and agents) and the Group's advertising agencies, promotion agencies, retailers and judging organizations are not eligible. SWEEPSTAKES VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Illinois, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All entrants to this Sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, U.S.A.

To enter, complete and submit the entry form with all required information, available at http://www.playboy.com/disastermoviesweeps/ (the "Website"). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. The Website's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address and/or household. Only those entrants with fully completed entry forms will be eligible for a chance to win. Entries that are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. In the event a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

3. ODDS, DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. At the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Grand Prize winner by phone within not more than five (5) business days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential Grand Prize winner (or his or her parent/legal guardian if the Grand Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him or her to be under the age of majority (a "minor") will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within not more than seven (7) days following the date of PCI's mailing of such materials to the Grand Prize winner, which will be sent to the Grand Prize winner via overnight mail with a prepaid overnight return envelope included. The Grand Prize winner's travel companion must also be at least 18 years old, and will also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, where legal, a Publicity Release (or his or her parent/legal guardian will be required to sign if the Grand Prize winner's travel companion is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him or her to be a minor) which will be included in the package with the Grand Prize winner's affidavit and release(s), and must be signed and returned along with the Grand Prize winner's signed documents within the seven (7) day period described above.

4. PRIZE. There is one (1) Grand Prize available, consisting of: One (1) two (2)-night/three (3)-day trip for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion to Los Angeles, California; one (1) guided tour of the Playboy Mansion grounds for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion with a Playboy Playmate (the particular Playmate shall be determined by PCI in its sole discretion), including light snacks and soft drinks in the game room of the Playboy Mansion, and a private screening of "Disaster" in the Playboy Mansion game room; limousine transportation to/from hotel and the Playboy Mansion and ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Los Angeles; round trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion departing from and returning to the airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's residence and two (2) nights' hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,500. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. PCI has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if listed prize becomes unavailable. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other travel restrictions may apply, including black-out dates. Changes are not permitted after ticket issue. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if the Grand Prize winner's actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation. Applicable portions of the Grand Prize will be delivered only to an address in the United States. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must redeem the Grand Prize and complete all travel between the date that the Grand Prize winner is notified of his or her selection as the Grand Prize winner by Sponsor and December 31, 2008. If the Grand Prize is not redeemed and travel is not completed by December 31, 2008, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Any expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to taxes, gratuities, ground transportation, and other personal incidentals are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. PCI will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by PCI at its sole discretion. If the Grand Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied at all times during any Grand Prize activity by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the travel companion. The Grand Prize winner's travel companion must be at least 18 years of age or older and if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied at all times during any Grand Prize activity by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless he or she is the Grand Prize Winner.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Group (i) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes related activity, or from entrant's acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (ii) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, and/or city/state of residence by Sponsor and/or Lions Gate, or any party authorized by Sponsor and/or Lions Gate, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any and all media without additional notice or compensation. The Grand Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. The Group assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by accessing the Website or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or (if applicable) postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, web sites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prize or in any prize notification documents, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate on-line entry if technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue on-line entry. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR TO ANNOY, ABUSE, THREATEN OR HARASS ANY OTHER PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THE APPLICABLE INDIVIDUAL AND SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provisions of these Official Rules are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

PCI has the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

6. PRIVACY. Entry information may be shared with Sponsor's promotional partners to the extent entrants agree at the time of entry and to the extent required for prize fulfillment purposes. Except as provided in these Official Rules or as agreed to at time of entry, any entry information collected from the Sweepstakes shall be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, located at the Website.

WINNER'S LIST. To obtain the names of the winner, email your name and e-mail address to sweepstakes@playboy.com (with "Disaster Movie" Sweepstakes Winner's List in the subject line) or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Disaster" Sweepstakes, c/o Playboy, 730 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, NY, NY 10019. Residents of WA or VT may omit return postage. Requests must be received by February 13, 2008.
