1. HOW TO ENTER. No purchase necessary to enter. Each contestant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry and a resident of the 50 U.S. (except California residents) and D.C. and must have Internet/email access prior to July 1, 2008. SWEEPSTAKES VOID IN CALIFORNIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m.(EST time) on July 1, 2008 and ends on August 15, 2008 11:59:59 p.m. (EST time). To enter, complete and submit the entry form on http://www.playboy.com/xtrashoot. All entries must be received by August 15, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST time). Only one entry per email address, per person will be accepted. Entries in excess of this limit will be void. Only those entrants with completed entry forms will be entered for a chance to win. Entries that are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified. Playboy.com, Inc. ("PCI"), Miller Brewing Company, SABMiller plc.,and their parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, agents, licensees and retailers, including alcohol beverage retailers (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or damaged e-mail or malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. By entering and/or using the Prize the Grand Prize winner and travel companion each release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective affiliates and subsidiary companies and their respective employees, agents, officers, and directors (including advertising and promotional agencies) and distributors, licensees and retailers from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever with respect to acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this sweepstakes (including damage to computers).

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS. PCI has the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of any occurrence such as infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, authorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of PCI, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, PCI reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Internet portion of this sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from qualified Internet entries received prior to the occurrence.

By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sweepstakes Entities and respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Each contestant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry and resident of the 50 U.S. (except California residents) and D.C. and must have Internet/email access prior to July 1, 2008. Employees of PCI, Miller Brewing Company, SABMiller plc., its distributors, and the Sweepstakes Entities relatives of such employees, directors, officers, agents of the Sweepstakes Entities (and those living in the same household as such directors, officers, and agents); the Sweepstakes Entities advertising agencies, promotion agencies, retailers, including alcohol beverage retailers, and judging organizations are not eligible. SWEEPSTAKES VOID IN CALIFORNIA AND WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. This sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Illinois, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All entrants to this sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, U.S.A.

4. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Judges decisions are final. There will be one Grand Prize Winner who will be chosen at random from the eligible entries for the prize on the business day following the end of the Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by phone within not more than five (5) business days following winner selection. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where not prohibited by law) within not more than seven (7) days following the date of PCI's mailing such materials to the Grand Prize Winner, which will be sent to the Grand Prize Winner via overnight mail with prepaid overnight return envelope included. Grand Prize Winner's guest, who must also be 21 years old or older will also be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release along with Grand Prize Winner's Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which will be sent to Grand Prize Winner along with Grand Prize Winner's documents. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification in which case an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. ODDS OF WINNING/PRIZE. Prize is nontransferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. PCI has the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if listed prize or prize component becomes unavailable.

6. GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE. Prize package includes(1)Trip for two (2) to Chicago, IL; Winner will become a part of the photo crew as an assistant on an upcoming Playmate "Xtra" shoot in Chicago, IL., (NOTE: Guest will also attend photo shoot but only Winner will be part of photo crew. Winner and guest attending the photo shoot will be exposed to unclothed women during the shoot.) Winner's photo crew duties may consist of assisting the photo crew with various duties such as moving lights, directing the model, taking test shots, bringing bottled water to the model and other tasks upon request. Grand Prize will also include dinner for Winner and guest with the featured Playmate, a tour of the Chicago studio/photo library, ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Chicago, IL, round trip coach air transportation departing and returning to airport closest to Winner's home (as determined by PCI in its sole discretion), and two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) selected by PCI. Total estimated grand prize value is $4,000.00. Actual value will be determined based on point of departure and any difference between the estimated grand prize value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Winner must complete travel by December 31, 2008. If the Winner cannot travel on the date specified by PCI, the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Any expenses not specifically forth herein, including but not limited to taxes, gratuities, ground transportation, and other personal incidentals are solely the responsibility of Winner and his or her guest. Air transportation provided only if Winner does not reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Grand prize trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates and other restrictions. All airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by PCI at its sole discretion. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents.

7. WINNER LIST. To obtain the names of the winner, send your name and e-mail address to sweepstakes@playboy.com or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Miller High Life "Xtra" Shoot", c/o Playboy, 730 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, NY, NY 10019. Residents of WA or VT may omit return postage. Requests must be received by September 5, 2008.
