Rock NYC Sweepstakes Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Each contestant must be a U.S. resident and 21 years old or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes begins on March 20, 2008 and ends on April 18, 2008, 11:59 p.m. NY time. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. To enter, complete and submit the entry form on http://www.playboy.com/rocknycsweeps. All entries must be received by April 18, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. (NY time). Only one entry per email address, per person will be accepted. Only those entrants with completed entry forms will be entered for a chance to win. Entries that are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified. Playboy.com, Inc. (PCI), göt2b and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents (collectively, the "Group") are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or damaged e-mail or malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner and travel companion release PCI, göt2b and the Group and their respective affiliates and subsidiary companies and their respective employees, agents, officers, and directors (including advertising and promotional agencies) from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this sweepstakes (including damage to computers).

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS. PCI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, authorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of PCI, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, PCI reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Internet portion of this sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from regular mail-in and Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Each contestant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry and a U.S. resident. Employees (and relatives of such employees) of PCI, göt2b and the Group, and judging organizations are not eligible. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. All entrants to this sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in New York, New York, U.S.A.

4. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Judges decisions in all matters relating to or arising out of the Sweepstakes are final. There will be one Grand Prize winner who will be chosen at random from the eligible entries for the prize on the business day following the end of the Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by phone within not more than five (5) business days following winner selection. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where not prohibited by law) within not more than five (5) days following the date of PCI's mailing such materials to the Grand Prize Winner, which will be sent to the Grand Prize Winner via overnight mail with return pre-paid overnight return envelope included. Travel companion must be 21 years old or older and also be required to sign and return liability/publicity release (where not prohibited by law) which will be included in Grand Prize Winner's package, along with the Grand Prize Winner's signed documents within such five (5) day period.

5. PRIZE. Prizes are nontransferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. PCI has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if listed prize is unavailable. GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE: (1) Trip for two (2) to New York City, NY; Two (2) tickets to see The Heavy perform in a special VIP area at the Le Royal in New York City, NY; round trip coach air transportation for two (2) departing from and returning to airport closest to winner's home and two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) as selected by PCI; Dinner for two (2) with a Playboy Playmate (particular Playmate to be determined by PCI and its sole discretion); ground transportation to/from airport, göt2b "Swag Bag" filled with free hairstyling products. Total estimated retail value: $4,000, but value of prize may vary depending on point of departure. Grand Prize winner and companion must be able to travel sometime between May 11, 2008 and May 13, 2008. Any taxes, gratuities, ground transportation, and other personal incidentals are responsibility of winner. If travel is not completed by May 11, 2008, Grand Prize will be forfeited.

6. WINNERS LIST. To obtain the names of the winners, send your name and e-mail address to sweepstakes@playboy.com or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to göt2b Rock NYC with The Heavy Sweepstakes, c/o Playboy.com, 730 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, NY, NY 10019. Residents of WA or VT may omit return postage. Requests must be received by April 18, 2008.
