1. HOW TO ENTER. No purchase necessary to enter. SWEEPSTAKES VOID IN CALIFORNIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  Each entrant must be 21 years old or older as of date of entry, a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must have Internet/email access prior to December 7, 2007. Patron “The Simply Perfect Beauty Sweepstakes”(“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on December 7, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2008. To enter, visit http://www.playboy.com/simplyperfectbeautysweeps, and complete and submit the entry form. All entries must be received not later than March 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST). Only one entry per email address, per person, per day will be accepted. Entries in excess of this limit will be void. Only those entrants with completed entry forms will be entered for a chance to win. Entries that are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified. Playboy.com, Inc. (“PCI”), The Patron Spirits Company, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, licensees and retailers (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or damaged e-mail or malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of the prize(s) awarded herein; and/or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes or any Web Site or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrants (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or any other errors or malfunctions even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a prize.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS. PCI has the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of any occurrence such as infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, authorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of PCI, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, PCI reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from qualified, salvageable Internet entries received prior to (or if applicable, after) the occurrence.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Each entrant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry, a resident of the 50 U.S. or D.C. and must have Internet/email access prior to December 7, 2007. Employees of any of the Sweepstakes Entities (and immediate family of such employees, consisting of parents, children, siblings and spouses), directors, officers, and agents of the Sweepstakes Entities (and those living in the same household as such employees, directors, officers, and agents, whether related or not) and the Sweepstakes Entities’ advertising agencies, promotion agencies, retailers and judging organizations are not eligible.  SWEEPSTAKES VOID IN CALIFORNIA AND WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All entrants to this Sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in New York, New York.

4. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION.  The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Judges decisions are final. Potential winner will be randomly selected in a drawing held on or about April 1, 2008 from all eligible entries received by PCI. Potential winner will be notified by telephone within approximately five (5) days of the drawing date. If potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at PCI’s sole discretion. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where not prohibited by law) within not more than five (5) days following the date of PCI's mailing such materials to the Grand Prize Winner, which will be sent to the Grand Prize winner via overnight mail with prepaid overnight return envelope included, or such potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. Travel companion must also be 21 years old or older and he/she will also be required to sign and return liability/publicity release which will be included in the Grand Prize Winner's package, along with the Grand Prize Winner's signed documents within such five (5) day period.

5. PRIZE. Prize is nontransferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. PCI has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if listed prize becomes unavailable. GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE: (1) Trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA; To meet The Playmate of the Year before the PMOY Luncheon; Two invitations to the  PMOY Luncheon; tour of the Playboy Mansion grounds; transportation to/from the Playboy Mansion; round trip coach air transportation departing from and returning to airport closest to winner’s home (as determined by PCI in its sole discretion) and two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) selected by PCI. Total estimated grand prize value is $4,000. Actual value will be determined based on point of departure and any difference between the estimate grand prize value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Prize fulfillment must take place by May 8, 2008. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must be available to travel sometime between May 7, 2008 and May 9, 2008. If winner cannot travel on the dates specified by PCI, all prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.  Any expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to taxes, gratuities, ground transportation, and other personal incidentals are solely the responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his or her guest. Air transportation provided only if Grand Prize winner does not reside within 100 miles of Los Angeles. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must take air travel on same itinerary. Grand prize trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions. All airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by PCI at its sole discretion. Grand prize winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents.

6. WINNERS LIST. To obtain the name of the winner, send your name and e-mail address to sweepstakes@playboy.com or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Patron “Simply Perfect Beauty” Sweepstakes, c/o Playboy, 730 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, NY, NY 10019. Residents of WA or VT may omit return postage. Requests must be received by April 30, 2008.
