Swedish model Elsa Hosk is part of a new campaign called Hands Only CPR, in which celebrities demonstrate how to respond in case of a cardiac arrest. The three-step process includes: Check the victim, call 911, and compress the chest. In this Instagram pic, the 28-year-old Victoria’s Secret Angel isn’t doing a weird stretch or throwing a secret gang sign—she’s simply showing the best way to hold your hands as you perform CPR:
Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, and Ansel Elgort are also involved in the campaign, which officially kicks off tomorrow, according to Glamour. The New York Presbyterian Hospital has also put together a Spotify playlist of CPR songs. It features tracks that are 100 beats per minute, the right beat to perform CPR and keep the blood and breath moving properly. Several of the songs, including “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees and “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor, feel thematically appropriate, but if you’d rather perform CPR to Missy Elliott’s “Work It” or the Backstreet Boys’ “Quit Playing Games (With My Heart),” those will work, too.
It’s probably a good thing Elsa Hosk knows how to perform CPR, because she’s also hot enough to take your breath away. Here are just a few of the beautiful pics she’s posted lately:
