Missing SoldiersMichael Delp's "The Black Wall" (The Playboy Forum, August) compels me to make an observation concerning the Vietnam War Memorial. More than 2400 names on that Black Wall belong to men who are not known to be dead--they are missing. Considering the past behavior of the government of North Vietnam and its policy of holding prisoners, it is extremely likely that there are still thousands of captive Americans who are not receiving the attention that the American Government...
