We always celebrate those who live on the sexual frontier. Few, however, challenged Playboy in quite the style of Caroline Cossey, known in modeling circles as Tula. The Divine Miss C lived life as a male until 20, when transsexual surgery freed her to become a woman. She has appeared on many magazine covers, in the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only and in an ad campaign for Sauza tequila. This picture is from our own landmark September 1991 pictorial.
