Each January, we pack a pair of comfortable sneakers and a jumbo bottle of Tylenol for our annual trip to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. After four days of walking more than a million square feet of convention floor, we find our heads spinning with enough technology to fill a year of Playboy.
