Condom NationTallahassee--Administrators at Lincoln High disciplined 14 seniors because they wore T-shirts to school with the image of a condom package on the front pocket and the slogan 99 PERCENT EFFECTIVE: THERE'S NOTHING LIKE A GOOD GRADUATION CAP on the back. An assistant principal said the "sexually suggestive" shirts violated the school's dress code. The student who made and sold the 125 shirts received a two-day suspension.
