Maggie Greenwald is the best-kept secret in film. Her latest feature, Songcatcher (with Janet McTeer and Aidan Quinn), isn't destined to reach a wide audience. Like her other movies, it isn't flashy or trendy, and there isn't a huge promotional budget behind it.
