I haven't had a serious girlfriend in four years. I meet girls who I think are girlfriend material, but I immediately lose interest as soon as I sleep with them. I miss being in a serious relationship but don't know how to get much further than a few dates. Is this just instinct encouraging me to spread my seed? What can I do to stop this from happening?
