Thanks to Google's open-source, Internet-focused Android OS for smart phones, we're finally getting interesting options beyond BlackBerry and iPhone. And these all have built-in Wi-Fi (clockwise from bottom right): Samsung's Behold II ($230 with T-Mobile contract) has a five-megapixel camera and Samsung's TouchWiz interface.
