If Joseph Kutch seriously wants to provide adequate criticisms of scientists and progressive political activists such as Al Gore, it wouldbe worth his while to do extensive research on the subject of man-made global warming (Reader Response, January/February). If he had done so, he would have discovered that around 1970 six times as many scientists predicted global warming rather than global cooling.
