In this exclusive interview, she dishes on her lifelong love of modeling, her obsession with Dita Von Teese, and the guilty pleasure she shamelessly indulges in. PLAYBOY: What does your perfect day off look like—from the moment you wake up to how you end the night?
I love to sleep in and cuddle up in bed! Every morning, however, begins with feeding my fur babies (I have three cats and one dog)! Breakfast is my favorite meal to cook (and eat). Then, spending the rest of the day outside is my favorite; whether it’s hiking, having a picnic, or exploring a new winery, I love being in the sun. Then, returning for a home-cooked meal and a night of relaxation is the cherry on top.
PLAYBOY: Was there a specific moment in your childhood or teen years that shaped the woman you are today?
Absolutely! I began modeling when I was thirteen years old. I love accessing the creative, performative side of myself that modeling provides. When I was fifteen, I discovered Dita Von Teese and fell in love with her glamorous, vintage, dark feminine vibes. She’s been a huge inspiration for me ever since. I actually have a copy of her Playboy magazine cover hanging in my bedroom!
PLAYBOY: What’s one little thing that never fails to make you smile or put you in a good mood?
The people and animals I love! Whether it’s laughing with my best friends, cuddling with my fur babies, or a romantic night with my partner, being with those I am comfortable with and who fill my heart with happiness and love is what life is all about!
PLAYBOY: What’s your guilty pleasure—something you totally indulge in, no shame?
Food! I am a big foodie, both cooking, baking, and enjoying food that others make. There’s nothing quite like french bread with butter, a good steak, and a glass of wine.
PLAYBOY: If someone really wanted to impress you, what’s the move?
I’m not into flashy cars, social media clout, or other displays of status. To me, those don’t represent someone’s character. Many people are surprised to learn that I’m actually quite old-fashioned: I want my man to be a man in the sense of him being in his healthy masculine energy. When a man follows through on his word, takes initiative, is a good communicator, and is consistently supportive, it’s the hottest thing ever. It’s the biggest turn on when my man is present with me and holds my heart steadily. It allows me to melt into my soft, feminine, sexy nature… and then melt right into his arms!
PLAYBOY: Tell us about HisMind. What made you start the project, and what does it mean to you now?
With my business as a life coach, I am very in-tune with the chatter surrounding relationships and the complexity that modern times have brought the dating world. I’ve also noticed a lack of resources that give men insights into mental health and how their wellness also affects how they date or how they show up in their relationships. With His Mind Magazine, I wanted to create a space that explored the themes about men’s mental health, sexuality, relationships, identity, as well as art, primal instincts, and humor. I also wanted to share myself as a woman and be an example of how women can be both intellectual, emotional, and soft and also just as sexual and primal as men. It’s truly a celebration of our humanness and our need for connection.
PLAYBOY: When you think about the life you’re building, what does “success” actually look like to you?
Success looks like a healthy body, a fulfilling career, and a home full of love. It’s the simple pleasures that are truly priceless!
