Best Bets for Friday’s Top-25 College Football Games in Week 14 (Nov. 28)

Best Bets for Thanksgiving Weekend College Football Games

We hope you’re well fed after the Thanksgiving holiday, but now it’s time to turn our attention to the last full weekend of the college football regular season. With Rivalry Week in full swing, we’ll see some of the top teams make their final push for conference titles, playoff spots, and bragging rights in some of CFB’s most storied matchups.

There are six marquee games over the next two days (three on Friday, three on Saturday) that feature matchups between Top-25 teams. For now, we’ll focus on the Friday slate, which includes three highly anticipated showdowns: (4) Georgia at (23) Georgia Tech, (3) Texas A&M at (16) Texas, and (25) Arizona at (20) Arizona State.

Tomorrow, we’ll cover the remaining three games with Top-25 teams, ensuring you’re fully prepared for an action-packed Thanksgiving weekend.

For now, let’s grab a plate of leftovers and dig into the best bets for each of these three Friday games. Our top picks include plays on rising stars Oscar Delp, Emmett Mosely, and Raleek Brown. All of these players have consistently delivered strong performances in these high-profile matchups. Whether you’re looking to add some excitement to your viewing experience or simply searching for smart wagers, we’ve got you covered with expert analysis and recommendations for each matchup.

(4) Georgia at (16) Georgia Tech

Odds: Georgia (-13.5) – Total: 59.5

Pick: Oscar Delp – Longest Catch: Over 12.5 Yards (-110)

If you’re getting tired of reading about Delp in these articles, too bad. The guy is a walking profit machine, particularly here in the longest catch markets, where he’s gone over the mark in six straight games – and in eight of 10 this season.

Georgia gets a juicy matchup against a Georgia Tech secondary that has been getting shredded by opposing TEs. In fact, six different TEs have exceeded this number over the last four games.

Delp’s chances have been increasing lately as well, as he’s seen at least four targets in three of his last four games. To put that in perspective, Delp has seen more targets (8) in the previous two games than he did in the team’s first six games (6). It’s no surprise the Dawgs’ passing game has erupted around the same time Delp started getting more involved.

(3) Texas A&M at (17) Texas

Odds: Texas A&M (-2.5) – Total: 51.5

Pick: Emmett Mosely: 50+ Receiving Yards (-115)

Mosely has been the preferred target of Archie Manning, seeing an average of 7.8 over the last four games. In two of the last three games, Mosely had at least 25% of the Longhorns’ receiving share, which were his highest two marks of the season. It’s a good sign for a guy who finished the 2024 season with four straight games seeing at least 44% of Texas’ receiving share.

The Longhorns are only 2.5-point underdogs against the #3 team in the nation, leading me to believe they’ll be effective moving the football. Mosely has topped 50+ yards in four straight games, and we’re banking on the streak to continue.

(25) Arizona at (20) Arizona State

Pick: Raleek Brown: Longest Rush – 20.5 Yards (-115)

After getting held in check for five straight games, Brown finally had enough and broke off an unbelievable 255 yards on the ground against Colorado last week. In that game, his longest run was 88 yards, which would win this bet four times for us.

Arizona did well against the run early this season (which makes their season numbers look much better than they are), but the truth is that the opportunities will be there. Over the last two games, five different RBs have gained 15+ yards on a carry against the Wildcats. Not to mention, they have allowed four 100-yard rushers in the last six games.

I’d love to go with the over on Brown’s yards, but last week’s heavy workload gives me a bit of caution on longevity. However, it’s good to know he has broken off a run of over 20 yards in four of his last five games.
