We all love a beer at kickoff, but sometimes, game day requires something a little stiffer. Enter: the Pickle Margarita. The perfect combo of salty and sweet with a hefty kick of tequila, this cocktail hits all the right notes. And it’s made even better when Miss January 2025 Jordyn Johnson prepares it for you. Johnson partnered with Leslie Kirchhoff, founder of the luxury ice cube brand Disco Cubes, to whip up this briny delight, and our Bunny Bartender was even so kind as to film the recipe so you can recreate it at home. (Sorry, she doesn’t make house calls!)
So, next time you need a little more than a beer can provide but would prefer something more elevated than a pickle back, let Ms. Johnson lead the way.
Recipe:
Salt the rim of your glass and add one king cube. Add ice to shaker.
1.5 oz silver tequila.
3/4 oz Cointreau.
1 oz lime juice.
1 oz pickle brine.
1/2 oz agave syrup.
5 drops Disco Inferno Spicy Bitters.
Shake, pour, and garnish with a pickle and fresh dill.
