A visit with Milt Caniff's luscious ink bottle Pin-UpThis gorgeous piece of pen-and-ink pulchritude is named Lace. She lives in the ink bottle of cartoonist Milton Caniff.During the second World War her misadventures in an army distributed cartoon strip titled "Male Call" helped raise the morale of fighting gee-eyes around the world. Caniff put her in moth balls in '46 and turned his attention to his regular strip "Terry and the Pirates" and an idea he had for a brand new one...
