Sex Laws ReformedIdaho, Colorado and Oregon have overhauled their criminal laws, adopting provisions of the American Law Institute's Model Penal Code that include the legalizing of all private sexual acts between freely consenting adults. When the laws go into effect, the age of consent will be 16 in Colorado, 18 in Oregon and from 12 to 21 in Idaho, depending on who does what to whom.
