Police in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, rushed to a suburban home and found a man and his wife handcuffed together in the nude, with the husband extremely angry at his dog. The couple explained to police they had been "fooling around" with a pair of handcuffs and had locked each other to a ceiling-high bookcase.
