The Los Angeles Phonograph Record Swap Meet convenes the first Sunday of every month in the parking lot adjacent to the Capitol Records building in Hollywood. At 7:30 on a recent Sunday morning, the usually bustling street was so tranquil we felt like we were strolling into a photo on an album cover.
