We've heard so many crazy C.B.-radio stories lately, we're almost templed to believe this one, sent in by contributor John Hughes. Almost.For a month after I got my C.B. radio, I thought C.B. stood for crazy bastard. Every time I turned the thing on, I heard conversations like:"This is Panty Hose.
