A British doctor has concluded that Denmark's high rate of venereal disease may be blamed on the Danish word for condom. The doctor said Danish men probably prefer not using the contraceptives at all to stuttering out the 30-letter, ten-syllable word--svangerskabsforebyggendemiddel--to the pharmacist.
