Author Kurt Vonnegut, Jr., is busy working on a novel that he says is about "an old guy, a radical, who has just served time in jail for Watergate-related crimes committed during his tenure as a minor Nixon official. Trying to put his life back together, he runs into an old girlfriend from the Thirties and reminisces about his past career in Government." Though the book isn't meant to be satiric, Vonnegut says it is funny in parts and that characters from his past novels...
