One-Finger SaluteLansing, Michigan--Shooting a finger to someone, even a police officer, is not necessarily an obscene gesture, the Michigan court of appeals has ruled. The case arose when an irate Oak Park motorist gave the traditional hand signal to another motorist, who happened to be a plainclothes cop in an unmarked police car.
