Why do they name hurricanes after women? I would think that the women's movement would object to such obvious sexism. Or. maybe some male liberation group, seeking equal time. Why don't they name a few storms after men?--D. H., Miami, Florida.Hurricanes are named by an international committee (since the giant storms are international events).
