In the first place, it's none of the state's business what a person does in the privacy of his or her own bedroom with a consenting wife, husband, girlfriend or boyfriend. In the second place, cops have better things with which to occupy their time. Not that cops even want the job of policing private morals, but many states and municipalities stick them with it by way of criminal laws...
