Mooning MenacePenacook, New Hampshire--The Merrimack Valley school board has decided to crack down on students who practice mooning from school-bus windows. The penalty for mooning, suspension of bus privileges for 20 days, came about after a woman bus driver reported that she had nearly had an accident while following another bus in whose back window suddenly appeared a student's bare buttocks.
