Crime and HeroinWashington, D.C.--Heroin addiction and crime may be even more closely linked than previously believed. According to a Federally financed study by researchers at Temple University in Philadelphia and the University of Maryland School of Medicine, 237 addicts were responsible for committing more than 500,000 crimes during an 11-year period.
