Nosy NeighborsSt. Petersburg, Florida--A legal technicality has ended a legal nightmare for a local woman arrested after two neighborhood children managed to peek through a gap in her six-foot-high fence and observe her sun-bathing nude in her back yard ("Good Neighbors," "The Playboy Forum," July).
