Sticky Pickups

Remember the old game of pick-up sticks? Well, in this case, it's bodies, not sticks, that need to be picked up. Poor Ned has just been rudely awakened by the ringing of his telephone--but he can't quite reach it. The problem is that he's at the bottom of a very big pile of naked friends, still recuperating from a wildly strenuous orgy the night before. Since no one can get up before his or her entire body is uncovered by the person above, can you figure out in what order Ned's friends must rise...
