When it comes to best live rock LPs, most connoisseurs' lists include Live at the Apollo, Vol. I, by James Brown, The Who Live at Leeds, the Stones' Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out and Bob Seger's Live Bullet, which helped break the soulful Michigan belter nationally back in 1976. Now Seger has released his second live double-LP set, Nine Tonight (Capitol), and it comes respectably close to topping that earlier classic.
