Michael Parfit's The Boys Behind the Bombs (Little, Brown) is a fine piece of investigative work with a misleading title. The book should be called The Boys Behind the MX Missile, because that's what it's about. Those boys include such people as Seymour Zeiberg, William Perry, John Toomay, Albert Latter, William Crabtree.
