What Are You Doing New Year's Eve?The new all-music network Discovery Music Channel, formed by two veterans of the Financial News Network, plans to begin broadcasting with a giant New Year's Eve party. A network spokesman says the channel hopes to have 20,000,000 subscribers by the last day of December.
