Taser TestingLos Angeles---A jaywalker who claims that he was rendered impotent by a police Taser gun has sued the Los Angeles Police Department for $20,000. The plaintiff states that when he refused to sign the ticket charging him with a pedestrian violation, one cop grabbed him and another zapped him with a Taser, which delivers a briefly incapacitating jolt of 50,000 volts at a very low current level.
