Braille is backWashington, D.C.--A U.S. district court has ruled that the Library of Congress was the victim of a "formalistic game that Congressmen were playing" when it eliminated the Braille edition of Playboy. Judge Thomas F. Hogan found that the decision was "viewpoint-based" on Ohio Representative Chalmers P.
