The state may have an interest in seeing that a child, like any other citizen, comes within its reach. This same interest, however, when it deals with potential human life, leads to a logical conclusion that could become legal tyranny.In the interest of protecting potential human life, [will the state require] mandatory gynecological examinations for all women of childbearing age, married or not ... and for all men, to make sure both sexes are fit to produce "normal" children? ...
