An Advertising executive charged with promoting a dubious new pimple cream suddenly developsan unattractive boil on his neck. Worse yet, the boil turns out to have a mind of its own, as well as a voice, "like your very own Big Brother," eventually spouting hard-sell slogans ad nauseam.
