It's Official. The office of the Joint Network Chiefs has announced that for the foreseeable future all vacant hours on TV must be filled with some sort of 60 Minutes knockoff. Of course, there's a down side to having a dozen newsmagazine shows on the air in any given week: Even a TV viewer with no outside life at all may have trouble keeping straight 20 different on-camera hosts and dozens of reporters and correspondents, especially with new shows popping up monthly.
