The War on DrugsThis past summer my wife and I were moving to Ohio from Florida. While driving through South Carolina, we passed a drug checkpoint, and minutes later we were pulled over by the police, supposedly because we had a flickering turn signal. The officers insisted on searching our van and trailer, and when we objected, one asked us what we had to hide.
