The best way to cook a lobster is to boil it. The only problem is finding a pot big enough to accommodate the critter. Plunge a one-and-a-half-to two-pound lobster headfirst into rapidly boiling salted water. Cover the pot, and once the water has returned to a boil, cook the lobster for 12 to 15 minutes.
