If you touch, it's theft."--Kim Jong it, the Dear Leader of North Korea, instructing banquet guests on etiquette toward his personal pleasure group of singers and dancers. According to a memoir by Kim's former executive chef, now living in Japan, Kim had ordered the women to strip naked before dancing with male guests.
