Certain drinks are mandatory in certain bars: a bellini in Harry's Bar in Venice, a bloody mary at the St. Regis bar in Manhattan. One of our favorite bars is the Sazerac Room at the Roosevelt hotel in New Orleans, which has finally been restored and reopened after Hurri­cane Katrina.
