It's nirvana for Nirvana fans: The most extensive exhibition of all things Kurt Cobain and friends has opened at the Frank Gehry-designed Experience Music Project museum, situated at the base of Seattle's Space Needle. Nirvana: Taking Punk to the Masses will feature band equipment, never-before-exhibited paintings by Cobain, the reel-to-reel tape machine owned by Cobain's aunt with which he recorded his early bands (Organized Confusion, Fecal Matter) and more.
