It features Elijah Wood as Ryan, a sad-sack lawyer who can't even succeed in killing himself. Enter Wilfred, a talking, bong-smoking badass dog, played by Australianactor Jason Gann in a canine costume. He teaches Ryan , how to stop whining andstart living.
