Like many prisoners, I subscribe to pi.ayboy. However, the Connecticut Department of Correction now bans inmates from receiving material depicting sexual activity or nudity unless it has "literary, artistic, educational or scientific" value. The commissioner claims this is necessary to aid in our "rehabilitation" and to prevent harassment of female guards. I do not believe the department has a legal right to ban playboy, but I don't have the resources to challenge it.Wayne...
