Welcome to Playboy’s Gen Z Sex Survey. In partnership with The Kinsey Institute and the sexual health brand Julie, we talked to 2,373 adults ages 18 to 29 about their sex lives to get to the bottom of the so-called sex recession, and to get more insight on what’s really going on in the bedroom. According to Playboy‘s Gen Z Sex Survey, there’s a real disparity in Gen Z sex lives. A fifth of our respondents had never had sex, while another fifth had 10 or more partners. But then, nearly 30 percent of respondents hadn’t had sex in the last three months, while almost 45 percent said they’d had sex with just one person in the same time frame. Gen Z also couldn’t agree on whether they think the sex recession is real.
Luckily, our research contains the answer to the biggest question: the sex recession is indeed real, and it’s impacting Gen Z in wildly different ways. Now, a question for you: are you part of the problem?
