As we head into this slate, we’re not picking wins or losses. It’s about finding that sweet spot where oddsmakers might have left a little value on the table! Team totals are one of the best ways to capitalize on shifts in momentum, matchup angles, and betting line movement. Looking across the board, I pinpointed intriguing lines that reflect both recent performance and the unique challenges each team faces tonight.

Let’s dive into the best NBA team prop bets for Friday, November 7, 2025, with a sharp eye on the numbers, home/road splits, and the potential for a little Friday anti-magic (pun intended). From defensive juggernauts to high-flying offenses, tonight’s games offer plenty of angles for savvy bettors to consider. Here’s what stands out for team total props on the Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, and Denver Nuggets.

Best NBA Team Total Props: Friday, Nov. 7, 2025

Boston Celtics at Orlando Magic ORL Team Total: Under 112.5 Points (+100)

The Magic opened at -5 but have since dropped to -3.5 at most sportsbooks. Tonight, they’ll take on a Celtics’ defense that is allowing the fewest PPG (109.3). Incredibly, Boston’s defense also ranks first in road defense (105.5 PPG allowed) by five more points than the next closest team.

So far, the Magic rank 20th in the NBA, with 116.3 PPG, and had the benefit of facing some of the NBA’s worst defenses over the last few games. However, tonight’s task against the Celtics will prove to be their toughest test of the season.

Orlando might not even want to give away all its tricks on Friday, considering the same two teams will be facing off again on Sunday. It’s a nice three-day trip to Florida for the Celtics.

Houston Rockets at San Antonio Spurs HOU Team Total: Under 114.5 Points (-110)

Speaking of going up against tough defenses, that’s exactly what the Rockets are up against. The Spurs are allowing the second-fewest PPG (109.6), which is mere decimal points away from the #1 Celtics I just mentioned above.

The caveat here is the game total, which has decreased significantly. After opening at 227.5 points, we’re seeing a whole bunch of different numbers out there, ranging from 225 all the way down to 222.5. This is exactly the type of movement you want to see if you’re angling for a particular direction.

Houston has been phenomenal this season, averaging an NBA-high 124.7 PPG, but there will certainly be some pushback in this matchup. Typically, the Rockets will tower over their opponents, but the length of Victor Wembanyama will prove to be a bigger challenge than they’re used to.

Golden State Warriors at Denver Nuggets DEN Team Total: Over 121.5 Points (-110)

It’s all flowing here in this article! I just mentioned the NBA’s #1 scoring team, and now we have the #2 scoring team, a singular decimal point behind the Rockets. Ah yes, I’m talking about the Nuggets, who are playing at home against the Warriors tonight.

Denver has been on fire in the Mile High City, scoring the third-most PPG (126.8) at home; a big increase from the 120 they average away from the Mile High City. Golden State had quite a few players missing in its last game, so that could certainly be a factor tonight.

The Warriors also have some negative splits of their own, allowing the eighth-most PPG (120.6) on the road, compared to 108.8 PPG at home.
