Three’s Company certainly feels like an appropriate title for Playboy’s December 1998 Playmate pictorial, which marked the first time three women shared the monthly title of Playmate. Identical triplets Erica, Nicole and Jaclyn Dahm wouldn’t have had it any other way—the three loved doing everything together. The sisters, photographed above by Richard Fegley, all agreed that the best thing about being triplets is always having two best friends to hang out with. Whether you live with family, friends or both, we recommended seeing one particular upside of quarantine: more opportunities to bond!

Relax! May 1999 Playmate Tishara Lee Cousino demonstrates bow pose for Arny Freytag in this photo from her Centerfold pictorial. The Vegas resident, who became a Playmate after meeting the well-connected Guess co-founder Paul Marciano, was passionate about the mind-body connection. Cousino apprenticed with an accredited naturopath and spent her free time practicing yoga and taking dance classes. To find your chill, follow Cousino’s lead: Slip into something comfortable, light a candle and find a soothing yoga pose.

Here’s one silver lining of the shelter-in-place orders: Carbon emissions have been reduced by 17 percent! If you want to take the concept of going green to an extreme, try bathing in a wash bucket, like August 1993 Playmate Jennifer Lavoie in the above outtake by Richard Fegley. If scrub-a-dub-dubbing in your backyard is a bridge too far, try helping out mother nature by shortening your showers, recycling as much as possible and shopping smart.

Although August 1997 Playmate Kalin Olson enjoyed exploring the world and broadening her perspective—/”I may be small-town, but [I’m] not small-minded”—she was also content enjoying the simple life. In the above outtake from her pictorial, she demonstrates how outdoor entertainment is just a hop, skip and a jump away for any enterprising person with a piece of chalk. If you’re running low on ideas for quarantine-appropriate activities, why not make like Kalin and revisit your favorite youthful pastimes?

Ahh, there’s nothing like the fresh scent of air-dried linens. Though April 1992 Playmate Cady Cantrell may not have needed to do laundry as often as the rest of us: “There is a real sense of joy in not having clothes on,” she told PLAYBOY. Cantrell also enjoyed other minimal-clothing-required activities such as waitressing at Hooters and posing for Playboy’s Book of Lingerie and Bathing Beauties special collections. Crashing at your parents’ house for quarantine? We recommend a line-dry—outdoors, if you can.

October 1991 Playmate Cheryl Bachman was very family oriented; her mom and older sister were her “best friends in the whole world,” and she cried when she first spent time away from them. But that didn’t stop Bachman from pursuing her dreams of modeling and acting; she adjusted to life on the road and got comfortable jet-setting across the globe for gigs. Bachman was clearly an adventurous eater, as seen in this photo by Arny Freytag and Stephen Wayda. Get out of your comfort zone and spice up your quarantine: Try a new recipe today!

Nadine Chanz, Playboy Germany’s October 1994 Playmate and PLAYBOY’s October 1996 Playmate, gave readers the 411 on how life in her native Germany differs from life in America: Germans, she said, are much shyer than Americans. She also noted the similarities: “We all need to sleep, eat and make love.” Chaz certainly cherished sleeping, especially after a night of clubbing—she told Playboy that one of her turnoffs was clubs that close at two A.M. Perhaps she was headed in for (or coming out of) a round of shut-eye in this sunny outtake. Take a note from this international Playmate: It’s okay to lounge all day if you’re in need of some R&R.

Talk about fire! November 1995 Playmate Holly Witt gets cooking (with a little canine assistance) in the above photo, which was first published in her magazine pictorial. Witt had had her sights set on PLAYBOY’s Centerfold spot for years before she made her dreams come true. With the Fourth of July right around the corner, grilling season is here—though we recommend you wear more protective clothing than the fearless Witt.

November 1993 Playmate Julianna Young looks like a natural both behind and in front of the camera. Despite her glamorous looks and effortless poses, Young worked as a customer service representative for a moving and storage company. She excelled at helping people and loved taking on the challenge of turning a person’s frown upside-down. Dying to strike a pose? Hop on a video call with your favorite friendly photographer, or just use a self timer!

This shot of November 1994 Playmate Donna Perry reminds us of the new term “quarantine mullet”—sweet hairdo up top and dressing down everywhere else. Perry wasn’t the first November Playmate in her clan—her husband’s grandmother was the November 1958 Playmate. In addition to her love of sports (Perry dabbled in volleyball, mini-golf and golf), the San Fernando Valley resident was also an actor; she had parts in Baywatch, Wayne’s World and Blue Crush—most of which you can stream now in the comfort of your home.
